Salary and Benefits

Salary: $36.60 per hour

Hours: 35/Week

Overtime and vacation Pay

Vacation Pay: 4% of the Gross Salary

Job Responsibilities

Office Administrator shall be required to perform following Job Duties:

 

Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow.

Review and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative systems and suggest improvements.

Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure proper task execution.

Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely completion of assignments.

Oversee daily administrative operations of the organization.

Collect and analyze data for the preparation of regular and special reports, manuals, and official correspondence.

Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.

Train new and existing team members in administrative procedures and office protocols.

Coordinate and supervise office administrative processes to ensure smooth operation.

Plan and manage office budget and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency.

Job Requirements

Secondary school education is required.

6 months to one year working experience related to office administration will be considered as an Asset.
